Karaganda National Research University named after academician Ye.A.Buketov is hosting a visit from representatives of the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages (Uzbekistan) within the framework of the existing inter-university cooperation agreement.
The purpose of the visit is to conduct academic classes, exchange professional experience, and further develop programs for attracting foreign scholars and academic mobility.
The delegation includes faculty members from relevant departments of the institute:
• Nasrullaeva Nafisa Zafarovna (Department of Theory and Practice of the English Language);
• Shermatov Akram Abdukhakimovich (Department of Theory and Practice of the English Language);
• Mirsanov Gaibullo Kulmuradovich (Department of History and Grammar of the English Language);
• Bakiev Fakhriddin Zhamshedovich (Department of Translation Theory and Practice);
• Sarimsokov Sirojiddin Shayzakovich (Department of History and Grammar of the English Language);
• Ashurov Shahobiddin Saidovich (Department of Theory and Practice of the English Language);
• Suvonova Nigorabonu Nizomiddinovna (Department of French Philology).
From May 4 to May 10, 2026, the invited lecturers are delivering lectures and practical classes for students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, participating in experience-sharing sessions with faculty members, and discussing prospects for further development of international cooperation.
As part of the visit, the delegation also held a meeting with the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the university, during which key areas of cooperation and strengthening of partnership relations between the universities were discussed.
