IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO LEARN.

On April 6–7, 2026, an educational seminar on "Making Ornaments Using Bas-Relief Technique" was held at the E.A. Buketov Karaganda University as part of the Silver University (50+) program.
Participants learned about the specifics of bas-relief technique and practiced creating decorative ornaments, unlocking their creative potential.
