On April 21, 2026, a meeting was held at the Karaganda Buketov University between the Chairman of the Board – Rector, Nurlan Orynbasarovich Dulatbekov, and Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Adam Mickiewicz University, Magdalena Lachowicz.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for the development of international cooperation, academic mobility of students and faculty, as well as opportunities for implementing joint research projects. Particular attention was given to the exchange of experience in education and science, as well as the expansion of partnership ties between universities of Kazakhstan and Poland .
Magdalena Lachowicz noted the university’s strong research potential and expressed interest in strengthening bilateral cooperation. In turn, Nurlan Orynbasarovich emphasized the importance of international collaboration as one of the key factors in the development of a modern university.
Following the meeting, further steps were outlined to deepen the partnership and implement joint initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education and scientific research.
