On June 2, 2026, the Military Department held a round table on "Propaganda and Popularization of National Symbols." The event was attended by faculty and students—future reserve officers and sergeants—undergoing military training. The main goal of the meeting was to discuss the role of the Flag, Coat of Arms, and Anthem in shaping Kazakhstani patriotism and military duty.
Officials of the Military Department delivered congratulatory speeches to the students. In their address, they emphasized that respect and veneration of national symbols is the sacred duty of every citizen and the fundamental responsibility of future officers and sergeants. "State symbols are more than just visual attributes; they embody our sovereignty and independence. Respect and veneration for the Flag, Coat of Arms, and Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan should be in the hearts of each of you. This respect gives birth to true patriotism, discipline, and a willingness to defend our homeland," the officers noted.
The roundtable concluded that promoting state symbols at the military department is the foundation of ideological work. Instilling national values within the military department helps prepare not just qualified specialists, but true patriots, ready to defend the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan at any moment.
