Since September 30 to October 2, teaching staff of the Faculty of History Zhagypar Adilet Bauyrzhanuly, Uskembayeva Aigerim Aldanovna, Muratova Madina Bolatovna, Zipatolla Shyngys Kurmanuly and Maken Adil Bolatuly were participants of the II International Altaic Forum “The Turkic-Mongolian world: historical and cultural heritage and modernity”, which was held at the Altai State University.
The purpose of the forum was the formation of strong integration ties and the development of networking in the Eurasian scientific, educational and socio-economic space, favorable development of political, economic, scientific, educational and intercultural interaction between the states of the Greater Altai and Central Asia. The speakers of the event were leading scientists, doctors of sciences and professors from Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.
At the plenary session, Maken Adil Bolatuly asked a question about migration processes in the Early Middle Ages between the population of the Greater Altai and Kazakhstan, in particular, on the example of Central Kazakhstan. They noted this issue as the most relevant, and possible international cooperation in the study of early medieval cultures on the territory of Kazakhstan.
Muratova Madina Bolatovna and Uskembayeva Aigerim Aldanova asked the questions concerning the current interethnic relations of the Greater Altai, on the periphery of four major Asian states.
Also during coffee breaks, teachers in private conversations with leading scientists from Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan voiced the prospects of cooperation with the Karaganda University named after E.A. Buketov and readiness to support joint projects.
The teachers gained a lot of experience and established close ties with the participants of the international forum and the "New Generation" program.
