Today, a ceremony dedicated to the entry into force of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, "New Constitution – New Era," was held at KarNIU named after Academician E.A. Buketov.
University Rector Nurlan Orynbasarovich Dulatbekov delivered a congratulatory speech at the event, emphasizing the historical significance of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the life of the country.
"Today is a special day for our country. The new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan comes into force on July 1. This is an important document defining a new stage in the legal development of our state. In this regard, I consider it a great honor to present you with official copies of the new Constitution. Our Constitution remains a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the country, a just society, and the rule of law. I congratulate you all on this important event," the Rector said.
One of the highlights of the ceremony was the presentation of official copies of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the faculty.
The event was organized to promote the principles of the Constitution, the rule of law, civic responsibility, and democratic values, and to allow participants to once again recognize the special role of the Constitution in the life of society and its historical significance in determining the future of the country.
