In October 2021, the International Olympiad on Financial Security was held in Sochi, Russian Federation, organized by the International Network Institute in the field of AML/CFT. This international Olympiad was attended by heads of government, representatives of second-tier banks and businesses, students and undergraduates from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
The Republic of Kazakhstan and our University were represented by 3 undergraduates of the Economic faculty and 2 students of the Law faculty:
- Sailau Aibek - 2nd year master's student of the educational program "Economy";
- Kalmaganbetov Daniyar - 2nd year master's student of the educational program "Business Administration";
- Orazova Ayymzhan - 2nd year master's student of the educational program "Economic Security";
- Ruslan Shayanbayev - 4th year student of the educational program "Jurisprudence";
- Sarsembayev Askhat is a 4th year student of the educational program "Jurisprudence".
According to the results of the Olympiad, Kazakhstan's team took the 2nd place. Congratulations!
