From February 10, 2025, to March 1, 2025, the Faculty of Economics (https://buketov.edu.kz/ru/page/faculty/faculty-econ) of Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov (https://buketov.edu.kz/ru/) will host an online guest lecture series by Ruslana Vitalievna Seleznyova, PhD in Technical Sciences, Professor at the Higher School of Professional Education (Wrocław, Poland), with a total duration of 72 hours.The course, "SmartPLS and Its Integration with Financial Systems," is designed to help participants master analytical tools in SmartPLS for working with economic data. It covers connecting, configuring, and setting up SmartPLS, using it in macro- and microeconomic process modeling, and evaluating business process efficiency. This course teaches how to use SmartPLS for building correlation-based mathematical and statistical models and testing hypotheses, which is essential for research projects and analytical article writing.In addition to lectures, the course includes seminars, group and individual consultations, training sessions for faculty, and consultations on research projects and joint publications.
