On April 7, Fabiana Tuccillo, Professor of Roman Law at the University of Naples Federico II, held a meeting with students of the 6B04201-Jurisprudence and 6B04205-Legal Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity programs.
The meeting addressed key issues in Roman and European law, including their impact on modern legal systems, the development of private law institutions, and the formation of a legal culture.
Such events are essential for improving the quality of legal education, as they allow students to gain knowledge from a recognized international expert, broaden their comparative legal horizons, and develop an understanding of transnational legal approaches.
The guest lectures were organized by the Faculty of Law and the Department of Civil and Labor Law.
