A permanent Kazakh literature corner will be established at the Banská Bystrica library. This initiative is being implemented with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Slovakia.
Now, Slovak readers, students, and researchers will have a unique opportunity to gain a closer understanding of the history, traditions, and distinctive culture of Kazakhstan.
The first contribution to the new exhibition collection was the scientific works of our university's scholars, including those of the university's rector, N.O. Dulatbekov, who personally presented his books to the library director, officially launching this international project.
The library's collection contains approximately 2,000 million copies and is extremely popular in the region, serving approximately 4,000 regular readers.
