The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports hosted a meeting with Kanat Sattarovich Karenov, a retired police colonel and writer.
Speaking about the lives of the heroes of the Karaganda region, Kanat Sattarovich emphasized the importance of spiritual guidance. The story of Karaganda's female tank crews, brought to life in the book "When Will the Swallows Return?", was of particular interest to those present. Through artistic images, the students were able to take a fresh look at the events of the war years.
The meeting concluded with a lively discussion. The young people's questions demonstrated that an interest in their past and respect for veterans remain enduring values for the new generation of defenders of the Motherland.
