In 2021, 48 bachelor’s degree programs of Karaganda Buketov University participated in the ranking of "Atameken".
16 educational programs of KBU (33%) were among the top three:
- 1st place - 5 programs (6B05401-Mathematics, 6B010509-Biology, 6B11102-Cultural and leisure work, 6B01301-Pedagogy and methods of primary education, 6B04112-World Economy);
- 2nd place – 3 programs (6B01901-Defectology, 6B01701-Kazakh language and literature, 6B06101-Computer Science);
- 3rd place – 8 programs (6B07101-Chemical technology of inorganic substances, 6B06103-Information systems, 6B02303-Foreign Philology, 6B01402-Initial military training, 6B01403-Physical culture and sports, 6B07201-Pharmaceutical production technology, 6B07104-Instrumentation, 6B02204-History).
19 programs of KBU (39%) were located in the first half of the list of the total number of participants in the ranking.
5 educational programs, or 10%, have significantly improved their positions compared to 2020 (6B01503-Physics, 6B06201-Radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications, 6B04106-Accounting and auditing, 6B02301-Translation).
Another 5 programs demonstrate stability in Atameken ranking for three years (6B07103-Heat Power Engineering, 6B01501-Mathematics, 6B02101-Design, 6B01201-Preschool education and upbringing, 6B04103-Economics).
