In October 2021, an Entrepreneurial MeetUp event was held in Nur-Sultan within the framework of the project "Ecosystem of Student Entrepreneurship 2021", which was attended by students and teachers of the Department of Economics and International Business of the Karaganda Buketov University.
Entrepreneurial MeetUp is an event where students, teachers and staff of regional educational institutions from Aktobe, Karaganda, Pavlodar and Kostanay develop new competencies, as well as discuss interesting topics and trends, with the involvement and proactivity of each participant.
Students took an active part in trainings and master classes, where the speakers were active entrepreneurs and businessmen from different fields of activity, such as Valentin Morozov - CEO of Eurasian Bank, Evgeny Volkov - CDO BTS Digital, Enlik Tlepova – entrepreneur, founder of the Kazakh brand @jumsaq.kz etc., and also for teachers was organized practical training on the topic "Transformation of teaching: the use of social networks and cartoons for engaging students" and "innovative approaches for the classroom: case studies", and a panel of the foresight session "Education in a post-pandemic: best practices"
