SPIRITUAL HERITAGE OF TWO PEOPLES

The 2nd Forum of Scientific and Creative Intelligentsia of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan is taking place in Samarkand. This event has profound symbolic significance, uniting science, education, culture, and the spiritual heritage of two peoples with shared roots and a common history.
The forum is being attended by Maulen Ashimbayev, Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Tanzila Narbayeva, Chairperson of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan; and scholars and public figures. Participants are engaging in open dialogue and exchanging ideas on key areas of cooperation.
During the meeting, Nurlan Orynbasarovich Dulatbekov, Rector of the Karaganda National Research University named after E.A. Buketov, delivered a substantive report on the topic "The importance of the development of scientific and creative intellectuals in the field of science and technology."
"Today, we are reaching a qualitatively new, historic level of interaction with Uzbekistan. Our key strategic project is the initiative to open a branch of the E. A. Buketov Karaganda National Research University at the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. This is not just an idea, but a time-bound, ambitious goal with a solid foundation.
The establishment of the branch is an integral part of a comprehensive plan to create a unified educational space for the Turkic world. Nizami University's readiness for partnership confirms the enormous interest of Uzbek youth in receiving a high-quality education in the Kazakh language and mastering Kazakhstan's advanced scientific expertise.
The implementation of this historic project in Tashkent will significantly enhance joint scientific research and academic exchange between our universities.
Furthermore, the archives contain many undisclosed documents relating to the history of the Kazakh people and the entire Central Asian region. This valuable information is key to filling the gaps in our shared past." The event included a comprehensive discussion of deepening bilateral cooperation, developing science and education, and enhancing cultural ties.
The forum has become an important platform for dialogue, facilitating rapprochement between fraternal countries, strengthening scientific and spiritual ties, and opening up new opportunities for the exchange of experiences.
