Deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan T.S. Adambekov and U. Shapakkyzy visited Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov.They got acquainted with the activities of one of the key facilities of the university - the scientific technopark "Akylbayev Research Center", and also met with the faculty and staff.The rector of the university N.O. Dulatbekov, emphasizing that science is the driving force of the country's development, shared the plans of the center. He noted that the technopark with a total area of 2,000 sq.m. will become a starting point for conducting scientific research and implementing scientific projects.In the scientific complex, equipped with modern equipment, scientists, students, master's students and doctoral students will be able to conduct scientific research and develop innovative projects. This, in turn, will contribute to the development of science and strengthening the scientific potential of the university.It was also noted that this year three scientists successfully defended their doctoral dissertations and received a PhD degree.New projects related to artificial intelligence were also presented. In the future, the center will give a new impetus to the development of science.Everything that surrounds us is the fruits of science. And as a research university, we are aware of our mission and strive to work in this direction to inspire future scientists to discoveries.In addition to familiarizing themselves with the activities of the scientific center, the deputies also received detailed information about the bold initiatives and projects of Buketovsky University.
