GUEST PROFESSOR LECTURES AS PART OF THE PROGRAM TO ATTRACT FOREIGN SCIENTISTS

From January 27 to February 23, 2026, Nikolai Golovin, Doctor of Sociology, Professor of the Department of History and Theory of Sociology at the Faculty of Sociology of St. Petersburg State University (Russian Federation), will be teaching at the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology as part of a program to attract foreign scholars. (Russian Federation).Nikolai Alexandrovich Golovin is a recognized expert in the field of theoretical sociology, sociology of socialization, and political socialization of generations. In 2006, he was awarded a Doctor of Sociology degree, and in 2008, he was awarded the title of professor. Since 1990, he has worked at the Faculty of Sociology of St. Petersburg State University, where he has held and continues to hold a number of key academic and administrative positions, including chair of the dissertation council and academic director of undergraduate and graduate programs in sociology.Professor Golovin has extensive experience in international academic activities. He has repeatedly completed research internships and lectured at leading universities in Germany, including the Free University of Berlin, Hagen Distance Learning University, Bielefeld University, Göttingen University, and Magdeburg University, and has participated in academic exchange programs between St. Petersburg State University and foreign universities. Professor Nikolai Golovin's lectures contribute to the development of international academic cooperation and the expansion of scientific and educational ties between the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology.
