Professor-researcher of Karaganda University named after academician E.A. Buketov, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor S.K. Abildina within the framework of academic mobility at the invitation of the Department of "Preschool and primary education" of the Faculty of pedagogy and management in education of Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov, held various meetings and lectures, delivered guest lectures for faculty members, doctoral and master's students. At the plenary session of the international scientific-practical conference "Transformation in the education system: experience, innovations and prospects", held on November 24 at Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov, the scientist raised an urgent problem in the field of primary education, and made a scientific report on "Development of functional literacy of elementary school students – an important condition for improving the quality of education". During the meeting with the leadership of the university, the Chairman of the Board – Rector L.Ch. Karabasova emphasized the importance of experience exchange between the two domestic higher education institutions. Dean of the Faculty of pedagogy and management in education A.K. Karinov presented the directions of educational programs of different levels within the faculty, their content features in training highly qualified professional specialists-teachers, types of works; Head of the Department, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor G.R. Bakhtiyarova presented the teaching staff of the Department and the plan of joint activities to be carried out, as well as shared her proposals for further activities.
