A delegation from the Karaganda National Research University named after Academician E.A. Buketov participated in the Eurasian Forum "Parliamentarism: Legal Basis, Development Path, and Vision of the Future."
On December 19, 2025, the Eurasian Forum "Parliamentarism: Legal Basis, Development Path, and Vision of the Future" was held in the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The forum was held to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the Institute of Parliamentarism.
Representatives of the Karaganda National Research University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, led by Rector Nurlan Orynbasarovich Dulatbekov, participated in the forum. The delegation also included Abzal Mukhametzhanovich Serikbaev, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Botagoz Atymtayevna Amanzholova, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law, Procedure, and Forensic Science.
The Rector personally congratulated Natalya Vissarionovna Pan, Director of the Institute of Parliamentarism, on the fifth anniversary of the Institute's founding, conveying warm words of gratitude and respect to the entire staff. It is symbolic that the Institute of Parliamentarism is headed by a graduate of the E.A. Buketov Karaganda University, testifying to the continuity of its academic traditions, the high quality of its training, and the university's significant contribution to the development of the national intellectual elite.
The visit culminated in the ceremonial signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the E.A. Buketov Karaganda National Research University and the Institute of Parliamentarism. The document is of strategic importance and aims to foster a sustainable partnership in science and education, develop joint research and expert analysis projects, and organize joint scientific and educational events.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed mutual interest and hope for further constructive and long-term cooperation, emphasizing that the signed memorandum will provide a solid foundation for uniting the intellectual resources of the academic community and public institutions in the interests of developing legal science, parliamentarism, and statehood in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
