Aiman Nurlanovna Toyboldina, the head of the choreographic ensemble "Zhargyn", became the best employee in November 2021.

In 2021, at the Karaganda University named after academician E.A. Buketov, the "Best Employee of the Month" competition has started. The competition is held in order to stimulate the interest of employees in productive, high-quality and creative work.
