IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC ENVIRONMENT

Karaganda National Research University named after Academician E.A. Buketov places special emphasis on supporting young scientists, creating favorable conditions for the development of their scientific potential and providing opportunities for research through intra-university grants. Since 2021, the university has held an annual competition for the "New Name in Science" intra-university grant, aimed at supporting the research of young scientists. The competition aims to promote promising research distinguished by high social significance, innovation, scientific novelty, and relevance. In 2026, 12 applications were submitted to the competition. On February 10, a meeting of the university's Council of Young Scientists was held in the Technopark building, during which the submitted projects were presented and discussed. When selecting the best scientific papers, priority will be given to projects aimed at integrating digital technologies and artificial intelligence into the university's educational and scientific activities.
