Academic Mobility

The Department of Philosophy and Psychology of Karaganda Buketov University is organizing a guest lecture course on the topic "Societies and Cultures of Modern and Contemporary Central Asia". The lecturer is Tommaso Trevisani, Dr., Associate Professor for Central Asian Studies, University of Naples L’Orientale. The lecture course will be organized online from October 01th to October 18th, 2023 (72 hours in total). The course is designed for the students and professors of Karaganda Buketov University to improve their understanding of modern philosophical ideas, deepen their critical understanding of the social, political, economic and cultural processes of modern Central Asia. In addition to lectures, the course includes seminars, group and individual consultations, essay writing, consultations on scientific projects and article plans.
