On March 1, 2024, as part of the project “Meetings with Successful Graduates”, which was dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the specialty “Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education”, a meeting was held with Karlygash Amangeldinovna Sarbasova, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Full Member of the Academy (Academician) of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan , winner of the state scientific scholarship for talented young scientists of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of the international scholarship "Bolashak", winner of the grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Best Teacher - 2008, 2014", expert of ARQA Independent Agency for Accreditation and Expertise of the Quality of Education, PVC "Republican Scientific and Practical Center examination of the content of education", "Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education", JSC "National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise".
The first intake of students with the Kazakh language of instruction was carried out five years after the opening of the specialty “Pedagogy and methods of primary education” in 1989, and among these students was Karlygash Amangeldinovna, who after 4 years graduated with honors from Karaganda State University named after academician E.A. . Buketov and received assignment to the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education. Thus, her professional career began from a university teacher to a professor, from the head of the department of pedagogy and methods of primary education, deputy dean of the pedagogical faculty for academic work at Karaganda State University named after academician E.A. Buketov (2011) to the dean of the faculty of computer systems and professional education ( 2018), Director of the Department of Academic Affairs of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin (2021). Author of more than 300 scientific and educational works. During the period of work under her leadership, 2 candidate's, 2 doctoral (PhD) and 15 master's theses in pedagogy were successfully defended.
Currently K.A. Sarbasova is the chief expert, scientific advisor of the NJSC National Scientific and Practical Institute for the Welfare of Children “Orken” under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
An open dialogue created an atmosphere of mutual exchange of experience and knowledge. Students of the educational program “Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education” received answers to pressing questions and valuable recommendations for developing their professional skills and personal growth.

The memories of Karlygash Amangeldinovna and the story of her success are not only a tribute to her native Buketov University, but also a worthy example for a new generation of students.
