On March 4, Laila Ikhsanovna Mingazova, Professor of the Department of Tatar Literature atKazan Federal University and Doctor of Philological Sciences, visited the Karaganda BuketovUniversity.The event was organized in accordance with the Memorandum of International Cooperationwithin the framework of the program to attract foreign scholars. The guest from abroad waswelcomed by the Acting Chairman of the Board- Rector Yerbol Zh. Sarmurzin. Highlyappreciating the partnership between the two universities, Yerbol Sarmurzin expressedconfidence that the close cooperation between the two institutions would continue to strengthen,focusing on the development of academic collaboration.During the meeting, Yerbol Zh. Sarmurzin presented the distinguished guest with a memorablegift featuring the Buketov University logo.The meeting continued at the Faculty of Philology, where the Dean of the Faculty, E.E. Tuite,thanked Laila Ikhsanovna for her support of PhD students as an international consultant.Mingazova L.I. is the author of 9 monographic works and more than 550 scientific articles inTatar, Russian, Turkish, Kazakh, and English, as well as articles included in WoS and Scopusdatabases (Hirsch index: WoS - 3, Scopus – 7).The invited professor will deliver lectures and hold workshops for students, master's students,and PhD students from March 4 to 7 in person, and from March 8 to 31 online.The experience and scientific achievements of this qualified specialist will help the university’sfaculty gain strong knowledge.
