On Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the administration and trade union committee of Buketov Karaganda University sent 20 teachers and staff members to the Akzhaik Sanatorium, located in the resort area of mineral waters in Saryagash. They will stay there until December 24 of the current year. According to the vacationers, this sanatorium is one of the best resort areas in Kazakhstan. While it is frosty in Karaganda and the approach of the New Year is strongly felt, the weather is sunny and warm in the Turkestan region, where our staff is currently located. During their 7-day stay, the university staff will undergo a health program that includes not only therapeutic procedures to boost their vitality but also interesting excursions to historical sites in Southern Kazakhstan. After their stay, they will return home full of energy. The university staff wishes our colleagues an excellent time and health recovery during this pre-New Year winter season.
