On October 27, KAZGUU University hosted the Talent Management - First Forum of HR Students.
The event was attended by: Sayasat Nurbek, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Ordabayev, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc.
During the event, an interactive dialogue with students, a panel discussion "The importance of the HR profession", a business simulation took place.
Within the framework of the session, the teams of students participating in the forum were presented with a case that includes an actual HR problem. The task of the teams was to present the solution of the case in the format of a 5-minute pitch. In addition, parallel master classes were held.
The speakers were gulmira Raisova, Chairman of the Association of HR Managers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Madina Karsakbayeva, HRD Kusto Group.
