Today, the First International Scientific and Practical Conference "Social Work and Social Pedagogy: Realities and Prospects" was organized at the Department of Social Work and Social Pedagogy, Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology.
The moderator of the conference was the Candidate of Sociological Sciences, assistant Professor Abdrasheva Banu Zholdybekovna.
The welcoming speech was delivered by the head of the Department of Social Work and Social Pedagogy, Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology of Karaganda University named after E. A. Buketov, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Assistant Professor Jamaliyeva Gaziza Zhumagalievna.
The report was presented - Mikhalkova Olga Anatolyevna associate professor of Sochi State University (Russia) (Experience of work on expert support of young innovative projects and international activities).
From the University of Kastamonu ( Turkey) with the presentation received a PhD Haci Ahmet Shimshek ( "Historical origins of volunteerism as a public good in Europe").
The conference was also attended by professor Sh.M. Mukhtarova, ass. professor M.T. Baimukanova, 1st year master's student T.S. Shynybai, social pedagogue G.T. Tusupova.
The work on the sections was carried out in the following areas:
- Problems of modernization of social work specialists
- The essence of socio-pedagogical education in the education system.
- Integration of modern upbringing and education.
