On January 9, 2024, a training seminar "Design and visualization model in the process of teaching and learning students at the university" was held at the Faculty of Education for young teachers, doctoral and master’s students. A training seminar was organized by K.S. Akhmetkarimova, PhD, assistant Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education, with the invitation of the trainer, PhD, Associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Bolashaq Academy, Zh.M. Mamerkhanova. The participants of the training seminar were offered tasks and creative work that contribute to the development of critical thinking based on the use of visual tools (photographs, illustrations, pictures, etc.), allowing them to view, analyze, create, edit and transmit large amounts of information in a convenient, structured form. The participants of the training seminar, evaluating the results of their activities, noted the value of the proposed strategies for the development of critical thinking and the need for their application in the educational process of organizing higher education.
