On 03/29/2024, a demonstration of student costume models was held within the framework of SARYARKA FASHION "DAUIR, STYLE, DASTUR" of the Department of Fine Arts and Design of the Pedagogical Faculty of the E.A.Buketov Karaganda University. Professional training of personnel for the Kazakh fashion industry is relevant today and remains an object of study in design. Studying and promoting modern fashion trends is impossible without history and heritage. Therefore, students turn to the origins, in search of the meaning and messages of the past. History is rich in data that contains many important aspects of the cultural and spiritual heritage of the past and the values of the ancestors. This event was organized by the staff of the Department of Fine Arts and Design under the leadership of the head of the department K.T. Koshkumbaev. The event was attended by Mukhamedyarova M.A. – member of the Eurasian Board of Directors, director of the Coworking creative Center, who presented her collection "Umai", Beisenova S.B. – head of the collection "Zhana kun", Zhumina G.K. - head of the collection "Tomiris", historical costume in modern style, Sakenova B.E. - head of the collection "Koshpendiler". The show presents collections of costumes of students of the educational program "6B02101-Design", 6B01406 - "Visual art, artistic work, graphics and design", 6B01401- "Vocational training" Bouquets of the university: "Asem-ai", "Tomiris", the costume of the girl-war "Sarin", "Kurak in clothes" and others. Other works of Karaganda fashion designers, collections of students of the Karaganda College of Technology and Service "Zhana kun", "Tomiris", "Koshpendiler" are also demonstrated. The performance of the winners and laureates of the competitions with a concert program created a festive atmosphere of this event. Certificates were awarded to active participants of the SARYARKA FASHION show "DAUIR STYLE DASTUR", scientific supervisors Manabaeva A.Sh., Burtibayeva A.K., Tusupova Sh.S., Akhmetzhanova G.A., Esmagambetova L.O. Letters of thanks were presented. The fashion show will help future fashion designers master folk traditions and contribute to the common cultural heritage, as well as embody their ideas in original costume collections.
