The research group of the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology of KBU returned from a scientific trip to Moscow, planned as part of the megaproject “Kazakh society in the context of digital transformation: prospects and risks.” For two weeks the researchers worked at the National Research University "Higher School of Economics", visited the Center for Sociocultural Research, the Institute of Cognitive Sciences and other HSE departments. They got acquainted with advanced equipment, new psychodiagnostic techniques, and experience in introducing digital technologies into various areas of science and public life.
Together with Russian colleagues, work continued on collecting and processing data that will form the basis for dissertation research by master's and doctoral students involved in the megaproject, and articles in international peer-reviewed journals. In addition, on the initiative of the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the HSE, a number of meetings were held to organize international network education, create joint educational programs, and exchange students and teachers.
Also, representatives of our university visited "Planet of Education" LLC, where they worked with educational videos, book collections, and training courses on the research topic. The visit to Moscow turned out to be fruitful and interesting, it allowed not only to achieve significant results useful for the implementation of the megaproject, but also outlined new directions for international cooperation.
