Within the scope of the Bilateral Cooperation Agreement between E. A. Buketov Karaganda University Faculty of Foreign Languages and Kastamonu University, a branch of Kastamonu University TÖMER has been opened within our Faculty of Foreign Languages. Kastamonu University's two-month (one month online and one month offline) and a total of 160 hours of C level TÖMER course has been opened at the Faculty of Foreign Languages. Within the scope of the agreement, an academic from Kastamonu University will be invited to our university for one month each year through our university's foreign academic invitation program and will conduct this course and the certificate exam (with the support of Turkish Language instructors). If our trainees are successful in the certificate exam at the end of the course, they will be entitled to receive the TÖMER certificate of Kastamonu University. This year's TÖMER course is given by Ms. Ecem GülİLEK, who was appointed by the Kastamonu University Rectorate and came to our Faculty of Foreign Languages as a guest academic.
