Since 2022, in connection with the new "Regulations on the personnel reserve", a reserve of managerial personnel has been formed at Buketov Karaganda University.
Thus, the university will be provided with qualified personnel capable of high-quality and timely solution of strategic tasks in the field of education, science and innovation.
Today, the selection committee for the personnel reserve began its work. It consists of employees from among the teaching staff and administrative staff.
The key criteria for selecting candidates are: appropriate education, high level of qualifications, work experience, as well as the potential of applicants.
Based on the results of the selection, candidates are enrolled in the personnel reserve of the university and, in the event of vacancies, first of all apply for them.
To date, 99 people are included in the personnel reserve. Among them: deans of faculties; deputy deans of faculties; heads of departments; heads of structural subdivisions (departments, administrations, centers, departments and other services); deputy heads of structural subdivisions (departments, administrations, centers, departments and other services).
The commission will work on December 1, 2, 5.
