On April 7 of this year, within the walls of the Pedagogical Faculty of the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, the republican pedagogical Olympiad was held for students in educational programs of the pedagogical direction on the topic: «The legacy of Abai in the pedagogy of the XXI century».
The main purpose of the Olympiad was to identify talented students with theoretical and practical knowledge about the pedagogical heritage of the great thinker, to increase students' interest in research work in the field of spiritual and moral education.
At the opening of the Olympiad, the Chairman of the Board-Rector of the NAO «Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buktov», Doctor of Law, Professor N.O. Dulatbekov wished the participants of the Olympiad success.
The participants of the Olympiad defended scientific projects on Abai's legacy in the field of education, performed Akyn's works in the format of a theatrical performance, demonstrated fragments of lessons on the use of A.Kunanbayev's pedagogical heritage in the educational process.
According to the results of the Olympiad:
The first place was awarded to the team «Kara Shanyrak» of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai;
The second place was shared by the team «Asyl Mura» of the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and the team «Kaspiy zhakuttary» of the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yesenova,
III place – the team «Bes asyl» of Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after Alkey Margulan, the team «Kazyna» of Almaty University of Humanities and Economics, the team «Atyrau» of Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov.
Congratulations to the teams that have demonstrated the best results by promoting among the younger generation the work of a world-class humanist Hakim Abai Kunanbayuly!
At the same time, we express our gratitude to the staff of the pedagogical faculty for their assistance in organizing the Olympiad.
