This week, a Republican scientific and methodological seminar dedicated to the International Day “Ak Tayak” was held, organized by the senior lecturer of the Department of Special and Inclusive Education " @buketov.university @ksu_pedfak @defectolodiya_kargu
The purpose of the seminar is to disseminate information about the needs of people with visual disabilities in society and provide information to future specialists -defectologists on typhlotechnologies, new typhlotechnologies and methods.
Specialists of schools for visually impaired children in Karaganda, Astana, Pavlodar and the Karaganda Regional Special Library for the Blind and Visually impaired were invited to the seminar.
During the seminar, topical issues in the field of typhlopedagogics of special education were discussed, specialists explained the features of the use of various means, students, in turn, familiarized with the work in the framework of scientific research on the education and upbringing of blind and visually impaired children.
This event, as a link between theory and practice, will undoubtedly increase the respect and interest of our students in their profession. In the future, the staff of the Department of "special and inclusive education" plans to organize work in this direction with other special educational institutions.
