In 2021, at the Karaganda University named after Academician E.A. Buketov started the competition "Best Employee of the Month". The competition is held in order to stimulate the interest of employees in productive, high-quality and creative work.
According to the results of the competition, the laboratory assistant of the Department of Accounting and Audit Razakova Bayan Nurzhanovna became the Best Employee in December 2022.
