From November 7th to November 22nd, 2022, Doctor of Philosophy, Dr. Hadzhi Akhmet Shimshek (Kastamonu University, Turkey) will conduct guest lectures for the students and professors of the Philosophy and Psychology Department on the topic “Адамзат қоғамындағы әлеуметтік қорғаудың әлеуметтік-философиялық негізі” (in Kazakh language). This course examines the system of social protection of the population, the problem and solutions, which are one of the most important components of the social policy pursued. The course suggests ways to solve the problems of social policy, that is, the need to direct social policy to solve priority problems, develop mechanisms for the effective use of resources, coordinate the obligations of the state with the real possibilities of their financing.
