On February 25, 2025, Karaganda Buketov University was visited by Alexander Sergeevich Novikov, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor, and Group Leader in Computational Chemistry at the InfoChem Research and Education Center (REC).During his visit, he met with the Vice-Rector for Research, Erkebulan Muratovich Tazhbayev, to discuss prospects for scientific cooperation and opportunities for joint projects.Alexander Sergeevich also visited the university’s archaeological museum, where he familiarized himself with unique exhibits reflecting the historical and cultural heritage of the region. He then toured the Faculty of Physics and Technology, where he met with faculty members and students to discuss modern trends in chemical research and digital technologies in science.The visit of Alexander Sergeevich Novikov was a significant event for the university and opened new opportunities for further scientific collaboration.
