Today, in the conference hall of Karaganda Buketov University, the teaching staff gathered, who completed an internship at the University of Kastamonu (Turkey) from October 14 to 25, 2024. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and exchange views on the trip to a friendly university. In total 13 people from different faculties of Kastamonu University visited Kastamonu University. D.S. Belozerova, a lecturer at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Department of Theory and Methodology of Foreign Language Training, was the first to present the program. According to her, there is a school of foreign languages at Kastamonu University, where students study English, Spanish and Russian. During the visit to Kastamonu University, the teachers of Buketova University took part in Erasmus Day, Day of Cultures, visited the Faculty of Foreign Languages, met with the teaching staff, attended classes and talked to the students of the faculty. The business trip to Kastamonu University was a useful event with a plan for the future in the field of education and science. According to Vice-Rector for Science A.K. Zeynedenov, it is very important to share the results of the trip with colleagues at the university, to expand the material and technical base, to create joint international projects, to carry out scientific and educational collaboration. Representatives of other faculties also took part in the discussion, they voiced their plans for scientific activities in the coming years. «I am sure that the trip to Kastamonu University will give an impetus to create joint activities, further development of the mobility program - return visit of Turkish teachers to Buketov University», he stressed.
