III International Online Olympiad by the specialty “Hotel & Restaurant Business”

On April 23-24, 2022 Karaganda Buketov University, Marketing Department and Institute for Digital Economy Research invite to take part in the 3^th International Online Scientific Olympiad by the specialty “Hotel & Restaurant Business”.

By April 17, teams wishing to participate in the international online olympiad should send an application form (Annex 1 of the Regulations) to the e-mail address of the organizing committee: rdgb_olympics_ksu@mail.ru. No more than 2 teams from one educational institution can apply.

Round I “Customer Journey Map”: each team member develops own map (by choice: fast-food restaurant chain/coffee shop, etc.), the maps are sent as a single archive (.zip, .rar format), maps must be sent up to 00:00 hours on time in Nur-Sultan City until April 23, 2022 to the e-mail address of the organizing committee: rdgb_olympics_ksu@mail.ru.

Round II “Video”: team provides a video, on one of the following areas:

“Innovations in foodtech”;
“Smart hotel and restaurant concepts”;
“Promotion of hotel services”;
“Targeting in the restaurant business”;
“Development of loyalty programs in the restaurant business”;
“Motion animation in food and beverage promotion”;
“The importance of digital menu boards”;
“Robotization of service in hotels”;
“Image events of restaurants: the experience of foreign countries and lessons for Kazakhstan”;
“Ecosystems of electronic food delivery services”;
“Marketing analysis of booking aggregators for accommodation facilities”;
“Trends in communications with consumers of hotel and restaurant services”;
“SMM strategy for restaurants and hotels”;
“Space hotels - the near future?”.

“Video” should be sent before 00:00 hours on time in Nur-Sultan City until April 24, 2022 to the e-mail address of the organizing committee: rdgb_olympics_ksu@mail.ru.

The basic requirements for research papers are presented in the Regulations of the International Online Scientific Olympiad.
