Rational proposals

Meetings of the working sections of the National Kurultai were held in Astana: “Civil Society”, “Culture. Art. Spirituality" and "Education and Science". At the National Kurultai, the rector of Karaganda University Buketova spoke with various proposals regarding science and education.
