On March 4, the grand opening of the XIX Regional Student Spartakiad took place. Theevent marked the start of large-scale sports competitions designed to improve health and identifythe strongest athletes among students in the region.The Spartakiad program includes 14 sports, covering a wide range of disciplines - fromtraditional track and field competitions to team game types. The competitions will be held atsports facilities in Karaganda and higher educational institutions.Students of the Karaganda University named after Academician E. A.
