"International Collaboration in Teacher Training: Enhancing Readiness to Work with Children with Deviant Behaviour"

Within the framework of the grant project 9106- FS- 24 on the theme ‘Psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of professional readiness of school teachers to interact with children with deviant behaviour’ the research group consisting of Prof. Mukhtarova Sh.M., Associate Prof. Baimukanova M.T., Master of Psychology Barikova A.R., doctoral student of the National Education Commission University in Krakow Ospanova M.A. from 21 to 29 November 2024 was in the National Education Commission University in Krakow to study foreign experience of work on the topic under study. On 25-26 November 2024 they took an active part in the seminar ‘Study of quantitative results in social research’, which was led by Professor of Adam Mickiewicz University Doctor of Philosophy Slawomir Banaszak. The organisation of the stay at the National Education Commission University in Kraków and familiarisation with foreign work experience during the visit was led by Professor Norbert Pikula, Director of the Institute of Management and Social Work. Within the framework of the project, the research team also learnt about the experience of the work of the counselling centre of the Monar Association in Krakow, which deals with the prevention of drug addiction among young people. The research group of E.A. Buketov Karaganda University is grateful to the Polish colleagues for the warm welcome - Professors Norbert Pikula, Joanna Lukaszczyk, Olena Kovalenko, Slawomir Banaszak, Joseph Mlunski, Katarzyna Jagielski and all those who took part in meetings with them, exchange of opinions, work experience and we hope for fruitful cooperation.
