From November 14th to December 5th, 2022, Dr. Rustem Latypov, Professor of the Department of Economic Theory and Social-Economic Policy of the Bashkir Academy of Civil Service and Administration of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Russian Federation), will conduct guest lectures for the students and professors of the Philosophy and Psychology Department on the topic “Modern politics and technologies of public administration” (in Russian language).
The structure of the course is built upon the author’s conception of political theory, which is adopted to the realities of the states created within the post-soviet space. The Author believes that the classical “American Political Science” does not reflect political realities of the post-soviet states, which makes it difficult to forecast and manage the political processes. More specifically, the author offers the original theory of “Political science of human resources management processes” as an important branch of the Political Science for the states of Eurasia.
