To develop intellectual, creative potential, research abilities and improve professional skills of future teachers, the organizers -teachers of the department Asetova Zh.B., Beisenbayeva A.M., Aidarbekova held a competition "SMART BATTLE", dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the specialty "Pedagogy and methods of primary education". The 2nd year students who were part of the teams "Zhalyn" and "Onegeli urpak" took part in the competition. The competition format included several stages "Intelligence is the path to wisdom", "Creativity is the key to unlimited possibilities", "Emotions are the bridge of the heart and mind", "The essence of culture is values" and completing tasks – protecting innovative projects, reading poems, discussing videos, a quiz, etc. The students showed a high level of preparation for solving professional tasks, teamwork, the most diverse facets of their talents, and artistic abilities. According to the results of the competition, the Zhalyn team won the main prize. All participants of the competition were awarded certificates in the nominations "Leader", "Polymath", "Creative", etc., and letters of thanks to students who assist in organizing the competition. The competition contributed to increasing the prestige and status of the teacher in society, strengthening the influence on his professional development and activity.
