IV International Online Olympiad by the educational program “Tourism”

On January 30-31, 2023 Karaganda Buketov University, the Marketing Department and the Institute for Digital Economy Research invite to take part in the 4^th International Online Scientific Olympiad by the educational program “Tourism”.

The competition will be held within the following scientific areas:

“Investment strategies in the tourism industry”;
“Road-show as an image enhancement tool in tourism”;
“Development of tourism in border zones”;
“Youth tourist movements”;
“Features of collaboration of tourism industry enterprises”;
“Global transformations in tourism”;
“An alternative view of ecotourism”;
“Transformational travel as a trend in tourism”;
“Modern format of wellness tourism organization”;
“Calmtainment as a direction of health tourism”;
“Development of virtual routes: from idea to implementation”;
“Cultural experience in tourism”;
“The role of content in the promotion of tourist destinations”;
“SMM strategy for tourism enterprises”;
“Master plan for the development of a tourist destination”;
“Innovative concepts of entertainment industry enterprises”;
“Organization of corporate travel and entertainment of a new format”;
“Gastronomic theaters as part of the food and entertainment industry”;
“Creative platforms for tourism development”.

By January 29, teams wishing to participate in the international online Olympiad should send an application form (Annex 1 of the Regulations) to the e-mail address of the organizing committee: international_tourolimpiada@mail.ru. No more than 2 teams from one educational institution can apply.

Round I “Tourist advent calendar”: each team develops the tourist advent calendar for their country in the format.pdf. It must be sent up to 00:00 hours on time in Astana City until January 30, 2023 to the e-mail address of the organizing committee: international_tourolimpiada@mail.ru.

Round II “Video”: video should be made according to the directions of the Olympiad, the video recording should be sent before 00:00 hours on time in Astana City until January 31, 2023 to the e-mail address of the organizing committee: international_tourolimpiada@mail.ru.

The basic requirements for research papers are presented in the Regulations of the International Online Scientific Olympiad.
