Akhmetkarimova K.S. Ph.D., assistant professor of the Department of pedagogy and methodology of primary education of the Karaganda Buketov University on April 22, 2023 took part in the activities of the public fund “Bilim. Invest", according to interaction and cooperation with the public and educational organizations. This public fund implements the “MUGALIM” project, which contributes to the social, spiritual, moral and professional development of youth and students in Karaganda. A conversation with fund managers showed that most of the young people visiting their center are students of Karaganda Buketov University, and future teachers. At the invitation of the fund “Bilim. Invest" employees within the framework of the project “MUGALIM” Akhmetkarimova K.S. held on to "Spring seminar 2023" where she was a speaker. The seminar was held on the Abay school-gymnasium. Speaker Akhmetkarimova K.S. organized a discussion with students and young teachers Abay gymnasium the actual problems of training and education on the topic "How students’ study".
Preliminarily, the participants of the seminar watched a video film in English, the plot of which reflected the experience of teaching elementary school students in England. Watching the film aroused great interest among the participants of the seminar, because the undergraduate, and these are mostly first-year students, saw apprentices in English schools who studied in a free mode, not limited by the class. The teachers organized the types of educational activities taking into account the individual characteristics of the children. It should be noted that the discussion of questions on the problem "How students’ study" with the participants of the seminar took place in a dialogue mode, using the methods of critical thinking.
During the dialogue conversation, the speaker actualized the experience of future teachers and the experience of young teachers at the gymnasium. Over the course of the discussion, the contestants compared the experience of learning in England, Kazakhstan, and other countries. They talked about the high level of motivation conditions for students to study and made conclusions about possible methods and techniques in teaching and learning that promote interest in the subjects studied. At the end of the seminar, the participants and organizers expressed their desire to continue joint interaction and communication on education and training of a new formation of teachers in Kazakhstan.
